Shipping & Delivery


Please note that due to current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some shipping delays on your order. Our customer service team is available during business hours to assist you with any issues you may have, and to update you with details of your status of delivery. 

We are continuing to ship orders without delay, However Australia Post is currently experiencing some delays due issues related to the pandemic. We suggest choosing Express at checkout if you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. We ask that you please allow for extra time for delivery during this time. All our products are dispatched from Gold Coast, QLD and shipping times may differ between states. We are very thankful for your understanding of these issues.   


It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all site policies and terms of service are read and understood prior to purchasing a product through Boujeque. If the customer does not agree to these terms, it is recommended that they do not enter a legally binding contract within their purchase. 

Australian orders: If you have not received your items within 5 working days of making your order, please email us with your order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! Resulting in your parcel to be waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

International orders: If you have not received your order after (Express- 6 working days) & (Standard- 15 working days), please track your package to find its location and call your national postal service with your tracking number.

Note- Boujeque does not operate on Public Holidays, any orders placed during this time will be dispatched the following working day.


  • Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
  • You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number via email.
  • If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.

We are currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand. 


Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country

In the event that an international shipment attracts customer duties and taxes, the customer will be required to pay the customs, duties and taxes on the order.


  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Here at Boujeque we are very quick in processing our customer orders to ensure all orders are receive on time. If you have double ordered (the same products) your order may be shipped out before Customer Care can attend to this. If you have received your double order simply proceed to our Returns Info.
  • If an in-stock item is purchased with a Pre-order item, the order will be placed on hold and shipped out together once the pre-order item has arrived.
  • Pre-orders can NOT be cancelled once made.
    If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Boujeque warehouse and the cost of re-shipping MUST be covered by the customer.
  • Any orders returned back to our warehouse as undeliverable will be processed as a return
  • Unfortunately, Boujeque are NOT held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
  • Boujeque does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 
  • Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.
  • Please note these transit times are estimates only there may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays
  • Please note BOUJEQUE does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees
  • Please kindly note that if you declined to pay your countries custom fees the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse and a store credit will be issued. Any fees charged to BOUJEQUE for the return shipment will be deducted from your credit note.
